Easter

We had a great Easter with friends who did not have family in the area. We got together and decided to be each other's "family". We had a potluck and an Easter egg hunt in our back yard.

This is Kaitlin in her Easter dress and Carmen (who didn't get to go to church because she wasn't feeling well). These are Carmen's pajamas. She wouldn't wear them at first saying they were "too big" but now she loves them because she can zip them up herself.

Kaitlin and Carmen had fun in the COLD finding eggs. Some were in the play fort Grandpa had put up.

Surprise!

Surprise!
Kaitlin and Archie came home with this surprise from the grocery store. Kaitlin REALLY wanted to give them to me. She is very sweet and thoughtful like that (and so is Archie to take her with him and let her do this). Tulips remind me of Seattle a lot. Every spring about two hours north of Seattle, there is a tulip festival we liked to see.
